Short version: training runs on your device, there is no account, and we never track you across apps. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports go to Google Firebase and you can switch them off; children’s profiles send no usage statistics.

Draft pending legal review. This text describes how the app works today and is accurate to the current version. A lawyer-reviewed version will replace it.
What stays on the device and what leaves it
On the device: your profiles (name, avatar and date of birth), game results, streak and settings. They are written to the app’s own storage, which other apps cannot read, and they never leave the device. There is no account and no copy on our servers.
Usage statistics and crash reports: while Profile → Usage statistics is on, the app sends anonymous events — for example, which screens and games were opened, how sessions ended, the app version and the type of device — to Google Firebase Analytics, and crash reports to Firebase Crashlytics. They carry a random installation identifier, never your name, e-mail or advertising identifier, and are deleted automatically after at most 14 months.
Purchases: the current version has none. When Premium launches, the App Store or Google Play will pass the purchase receipt to RevenueCat, the service that confirms subscriptions for us, under a random identifier. We never see your card or your store account details.
Notifications: daily reminders are scheduled on the device and send nothing. If you switch on notifications in Profile, Firebase Cloud Messaging keeps a device token so a message can reach you; switching them off removes it.
What we never store
- Advertising identifiers, and any form of cross-app tracking
- Contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location
- Advertising software development kits of any kind
- Payment details — the App Store and Google Play handle billing, and we never see a card
Children
A child’s profile holds a nickname, an avatar, a date of birth and task results. Never a real name, photo, contacts, location or advertising identifier. A child’s profile sends no usage statistics and no notification token — only anonymous crash reports, without name, e-mail or advertising identifier, so we can fix what broke. It shows no advertising and no outbound links, and there is no chat or any other contact with other users.
A parent creates and manages the profile, and settings, purchases and every outbound link sit behind a parent gate. Our wording follows COPPA and the children’s provisions of the GDPR. A child’s data lives only on the device; questions: privacy@omnibraingames.com.
Your rights
Your results live on your device, and removing the app deletes them. The app has no export yet. Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of anything we hold by writing to privacy@omnibraingames.com, and you may complain to your national data protection authority.
