Terms of use
The rules that apply when you use OmniBrain.
Last updated 19 October 2026.
Draft pending legal review. These terms describe how the product works today. A lawyer-reviewed version with the operating company’s legal name, address and governing law will replace them.
What OmniBrain is
A training and self-assessment app for memory, attention, speed, flexibility, logic, numbers, language and spatial ability. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it makes no promise about intelligence, grades or work performance.
Using the app
The daily workout is free and needs no account. Use the app for yourself and for children in your care. Do not attempt to break, resell or redistribute it, and do not use the results as a clinical or diagnostic instrument.
Subscriptions (when Premium launches)
The current version has no purchases. When Premium and Family launch, they will be billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
A seven-day trial is available on the yearly Premium and Family plans. If you cancel before it ends you are not charged. Refunds follow the rules of the store that took the payment; write to privacy@omnibraingames.com and we will help you file the request.
After a subscription ends you keep your history and your streak, and games you have already played stay open on the free plan.
Your content and data
Your results are yours. They live on your device, and removing the app deletes them. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, the app tells you before the change takes effect. Questions: privacy@omnibraingames.com.
