Short tests will give you a starting point for each ability — memory span, reaction time, attention, flexibility, reasoning, spatial. They arrive in an update; until then, your first games set your levels.

How it works
Step 01 · 5 min
Short tests will give you a starting point for each ability — memory span, reaction time, attention, flexibility, reasoning, spatial. They arrive in an update; until then, your first games set your levels.
Step 02 · about 8 min a day
Five games a day from the skills you chose. Difficulty adapts after every round, so it stays hard enough to matter.
Step 03 · every 2 weeks
Once the tests arrive, they run again every two weeks. You see what moved and what didn't, in units you can read: items, milliseconds, errors.

Why it helps
A high score is not the point. Each game carries one named technique, and the app shows you where the technique fits in ordinary life.
Chunking, anchoring, elimination, self-instruction. Named before the round, reviewed after it.
Every miss is replayed slowly with the reason: too fast, wrong rule, overload.
Skills you trained come back on a schedule instead of being dropped for the next shiny thing.
Each game states how well its task is supported by research. We do not hide the C-grade ones.
Progress
Every game reports in plain units — items, milliseconds, errors — and your level in each skill runs from 1 to 30, built from rounds you actually played. No mystery “brain score”.
Habit
Life happens. Every 7 days of training earn a freeze (you can hold two) that keeps your streak while you're away.
Kids and family
Larger controls, simpler wording and content matched to the child’s age.
Settings, purchases and links sit behind a gate a child cannot pass by guessing.
You set the daily cap. When it's reached the session ends calmly, with no upsell.
Children's profiles carry no advertising, no third-party analytics and no outbound links.
Tests and science
Our games, and the tests we are building, rest on published tasks: n-back, Stroop, digit span, reaction time, matrices, mental rotation. We explain each one and link the reviews.

Questions
Yes, from twelve years old, in a kids profile with larger controls, simpler wording and a daily time limit you set. A parent gate protects settings, purchases and every outbound link.
A kids profile holds a nickname, an avatar, a date of birth and task results, and nothing that identifies the child. No real name, photo, contacts, location, advertising identifiers or analytics. A child’s results never leave the device.
No, and anyone promising that is selling something. You reliably get better at the tasks you train. Transfer to everyday tasks is limited and still debated, which is why every game carries an evidence label and why we re-measure with fixed tests instead of a single score.
Yes. Everything in OmniBrain is free at launch: the daily workout of five games, daily quests, an overall level and weekly tiers, with no account and no advertising. You start with 24 games and open more as you level up. Premium comes in a later version with every game from day one and longer workouts; what is free now stays free.
Completely. Games, scoring and your history run on the device, and nothing needs a connection.
Within the trained task, usually two to three weeks of daily sessions. The re-measurement every two weeks is what tells you, in items and milliseconds, rather than a feeling.
Yes. Your results live only on the device, and removing the app removes them. There is no export yet. Questions about your data: privacy@omnibraingames.com.
